I …………………..  am the mother of ………………………. –Applicant and I confirm that I support my child’s application for UK immigration permission under the immigration rules Appendix FM as a child of the person who has the limited leave to remain the UK.

I have the sole responsibility to take care of my child together with my husband who is sharing financial responsibility with me and we both live together in the UK.  We also have two other British Children who are living with us as well.  My this child –the Applicant is living alone in Pakistan without family direct support, and it is difficult for me to take care over the phone and it is making my life so hard that I am unable to give even quality time to my other two British Children who I am taking care of as well. Their life is affected, my life is affected and my child –Applicant’s life is being affected and we are missing her a lot.

There are not sufficient arrangement s in Pakistan to look after her as she has no close direct family member to look after her.  She is too young to live her independent life without her parents. We have applied before on visit visa which was refused , but now we are applying under the rule 301 of the immigration rules, which satisfies the requirements of such application.

My husband is earning enough to support our whole family and he has enclosed his financial documents required under the Specified Evidence of Appendix FM SE.  I can also confirm that once my daughter is granted visa, I will travel with her to accompany her to come to the UK, having considered her age.

We can confirm that she will be cared enough by providing her maintenance and accommodation without recourse to public funds.  Our child will stay at the following address as there is sufficient accommodation available for her to come and join us. Please find attached the birth certificate to prove her relationship with us, as well as my passport copy and my husband’s passport copy to support her settlement application.
